Boss? gee...there's a nice offensive racial term...

Boss, eh? Isn't that the word that all the slaves had to use to talk to their white masters? Sure is...

Replacing a persons name with the word BOSS is racially offensive. Do NOT do it. I know quite a few fellows that live in the EAST BAY that will use more effective ways of communication to explain it to you. The kind of communication that leaves physical scars...ya know what I'm sayin?

They don't like the term Boss. Most educated black people know its southern slave roots and will not tolerate being called Boss, or letting someone use the term Boss in there presence.

All you got to do is call people by their name, either first or last, anything else can get you into trouble...

WTTW = Word To The Wise

The word "Boss" is Dutch in origin.
